Navrat Performance is the leader in elite youth hockey training experience. It provides an effective and intentional training roadmap for the development of young hockey players.

We are at the cutting edge of player development and program excellence in hockey. Based on our experience, along with years and countless hours of research, we put together model hockey camps that build on the training traditions of the best Czech, Swedish and other European models, while incorporating modern North American player training techniques.

Pavel’s staff includes many former Navrat Performance players and current pro and college athletes that love to teach the game.

The most important part of a successful hockey camp is that coaches and players are engaged, passionate and have fun. We are always sharing our knowledge and making connections, so players can learn how to elevate their game.

The Navrat camp stands out from the many others my daughter attended. We are happy to bring in guest coaches throughout the summer. One of the coaches that comes every summer to work with our campers is a legendary Coach Bill Beaney, one of the most accomplished coaches in history of college hockey. Coach Beaney led Middlebury College to EIGHT NCAA Division III men's hockey championships. In 35 years as a head coach, Bill Beaney won the Coach of the Year Edward Jeremiah Award a record four times and has a record of 602 wins!
Coach Beaney was able to accomplish these results at a highly competitive school, where the admissions requirements are stiff and there are no athletic scholarships.
Coach Beaney has had an incredible influence on the game of hockey - from youth hockey to college hockey and his work with USA national teams - and we as a coaching staff at Navrat Performance are always excited to have Bill at our camps.
