What we do and how we do it matters to us.  We teach young athletes to set goals and go after their dreams, helping them realize that hard work pays off, and that the process of accomplishment can be a lot of fun.  Your feedback and success stories at any level of the game are what makes everything we do special.

Navrat Hockey has been instrumental in our boys' hockey development.  Pavel's enthusiasm for the game, passion for doing things the right way, and attention to detail in skill development are the heart of his programs.  He helps players understand how to push each other and compete.

The Navrat camp stands out from the many others my daughter attended.  This is a highly  supportive environment that strikes the right balance between skill training, mental discipline and, most of all, fun.  My daughter looked forward to this camp for months in advance every year.  This camp has a “yes you can get there if you want to AND put in the work” approach.  If you are looking for a camp that will help your player achieve his/her goals and have fun doing it, this is it.

Without a doubt, Pavel was the best role model my daughter has had. My entire family considers ourselves part of the Navrat camp family.

When my grandson Carter was younger, I was looking for a Hockey school that covered important things in his development. At Navrat Performance- their goal in developing my grandson hockey IQ is to turn him into the best player, teammate and person possible, while teaching and understanding of the game that was necessary when he was playing at the next level - whether that be high school hockey level, junior hockey, USA hockey or college. Pavel has always cared about making the kids as good on the ice as well off the ice as a person. That was very important to Carter and our family.  Now Carter plays for USA Hockey's National Development Program, is committed to play at Boston University and still spends the summers at Navrat Performance - to train with Pavel, and to coach and mentor our local youth players.

Congratulations to Carter - Division 1 commit to Boston University and current member of the National Team Development Program

Pavel and Navrat Performance has been a great summer camp for our kids over the years.  Abbey (currently playing college hockey at Endicott College) and Ben, a first year at Holderness Prep School have benefited from the skill, knowledge and intensity NP camps have provided.  NP coaches teach all the tools to make any kid grow in skill and confidence no matter what level hockey they aspire to.   The staff has top level collegiate and professionals every year that really grab the attention of the kids, and drive them in a constructive, supportive and energy filled summer camp.   We can't thank Pavel and the NP staff enough for the work they have done with our kids.

Ben has enjoyed working with Pavel since he was 9 years old, mostly during his summer camps, but also throughout the year.  Pavel always takes the time to coach the kids in a supportive manner keeping it fun, but also being tough when he ne
eds to be to encourage the kids to get the most out of their ice time that they can.  Ben will continue to work with Pavel this summer as he prepares for a varsity season with Holderness.  Thanks Pavel for all of your work with Ben!

Thank you for all the hours you have put in over the years.  You have had a big role in my hockey success and helping me to become a better person.  You are a great coach and a better man.  Thank you again for all the help.

This note is a long time in coming and, although I’ve said it now many time, I wanted put it in writing so you could share with parents…
We couldn’t have imagined how great an experience it would be. From the minute our son Daniel walked into the locker room, the coaches were attentive, and on the ice they were cheerful, encouraging and motivating.  Even though he knew no one there, he was made to feel part of the team and inspired to push himself.  I could see him smiling out on the ice.  Every day, we saw him improve and gain confidence.  By the end of the week he became a real hockey player.  Two months after camp, we made a major family move to a new state, and one of his first priorities was to find the best hockey team to join.  Quite literally, hockey opened up a whole new world to him.  It has given him confidence and helped him make a new community for himself.  And he is having fun.  We couldn’t be more appreciative.  Thank you!  See you again this summer.

Thank you for helping me to become the player I am today.  Thanks to your work I understand what it takes and what we need to do to go after my dreams of playing college and pro hockey.  I couldn’t have done it without you.

I have two young girls playing hockey and you are true mentors, passionate for the game and success of players.   You genuinely care, and the players respond and respect you. You encourage players to challenge themselves yet in a fun but competitive atmosphere. Exceptional knowledge of the game that is incorporated into drills that not only develop the players’ skills but are directly applicable to game situations.

Ollie has attended the camps for seven years and has benefited greatly from the coaching.  Last season, Ollie played prep school hockey as a freshman and coaches worked with him on using his body effectively, learning how to both give and receive a check, and how to balance physical play with his skating and stick handling skills.  Ollie also worked tirelessly to help him improve his shot!  As a result, Ollie was drafted to the USHL and is looking forward to another summer at camp to hone these skills.

The staff is genuinely interested in their players and take the time to get to know them.  They are adept at figuring out how to tailor instruction to each player's specific needs.  Players have fun even though they are working hard.  Coaches hold players accountable, being tough on players when it's needed to be, but praising them when they work hard and succeed.  Coaches serve as positive role models and work hard to instill hockey discipline.  My son's hockey skills, have improved greatly and seeing him carry the same lessons to other areas of his life (in school, with friends, and at home) have been priceless.  My son can't wait to attend camp again this summer.

The staff has worked with my son for 4 years and there has been a noticeable improvement in my son’s performance every year and after every session.  My son was a good player, but this has helped him go to the next level.  Focus on the details and “doing things correctly”, and learning how to deal with the mental side of hockey have made a big difference.  My son improved to one of the better High School players in the State.  He was challenged to be his best and to keep reaching for new heights, and he was given praise to help boost the players confidence in themselves, which many other programs do not do. I highly recommend this camp to help your player reach their potential.
